The Viennese cooking as taken ideas from all over the world. They like to eat well and also like to make sure their visitors eat well too. The most famous of meal is "Wiener Schnitzel", a wonderful cut of veal, flatted and breaded, then fried. Roasted pork with dumpling and a variety of fish are also popular.
Drinks
Local wines are of excellent quality and inexpensive. There are many tasty beers as well. Coffee is also something the Viennese take serious. Austria is filled with many cafes.
